Remarks: Appears twice in chapel relief in tomb of Seshemnefer [I] (owner of G 4940), east wall (third register, second figure from right), and west wall (south false door, south jamb, bottom register), identified in both places as [Hm-kA] ka-priest; in situ in G 4940.
