Description: [Thirty-seven plus (37+)] large faience ushabtis, [Type III 2d], varying in size; [handmade, carved, hard-baked soft blue paste, pitted with air holes and occasionally with specks of sand, pale blue glaze (copper salt), well-made face (of type often associated with statues of Saitic period), corners of mouth turn up, face round and jovial, a few look a little more solemn, implements (hoes, cord and basket) carved with considerable care, pilaster generally not deep, base regular and well cut], inscriptions incised in soft paste, [inscriptions careless, after name and titles (often inaccurately inscribed) inscription lapses into nonsense], name: Ptahenef, Ptahemef, Themef, [Patjenef], child of Herib-Webastet [GLYPHS]; all broken, three incomplete, [one joins fragment from 25-2-1044, for one additional fragment cf. 25-2-310].

MFA 25.3212–25.3235 (= object sequence numbers 25-2-949.1 through 25-2-949.24), MFA 25.3236–25.3244 (= object sequence numbers 25-2-949.26 through 25-2-949.34), MFA 25.3245 (= 25-2-1044 torso + 25-2-949 feet = object sequence number 25-2-949.35), MFA 25.3246 (= object sequence number 25-2-949.25).
Four additional ushabti fragments probably belonging with 25-2-949 ushabtis accessioned as MFA 25.5362 (head and shoulder fragment, probably belongs with 25-2-949.31 = MFA 25.3241), MFA 25.5363 (small head fragment), MFA 25.5364 (head fragment), MFA 25.5365 (foot and base fragment).
