Findspot: Western Cemetery, Mastaba G 2421, serdab, first statue from N in row along W wall facing E (four statues of Min-nefer standing in row in serdab along W wall, facing E, smallest on N, largest on S, all but smallest incomplete, missing parts never found)

Description: Perfect limestone statue, standing figure of [GLYPHS] Minnefer; figure standing with left foot advanced, arms hanging down at sides, hands closed holding handkerchief (?), supported on back by slab of nearly same width as base with round top a little lower than head, wears short wig, [kilt] with pleated apron, belt with belt buckle and tie, body painted brown, [kilt] white, apron yellow, hair, back support, and base black, inscribed in three short horizontal lines on base in front of right foot (beside advanced left foot); even back of figure well-carved.
