Fine weather with variable southwest winds.
Early this morning sent in communique number 2 to Edgar and received his receipt.

About 60 men including those on G 7150.

Removed the rest of the top course of stone in the doorway and took photographs of room and of the areas immediately (*) under the masonry. (B5869)
Began building a board shelter over the pit and stairway to enable the place to be locked up and to protect it against accidents.
Compared old and new photographs with a microscope and found deposit exactly as it was.
(2) Street G 7000 S (south)
Removed a rail north of switch and began clearing out railroad embankment. Also began rubbish south of G 7150. Here poor walls are appearing but the complex is not yet clear. Also working on G 7150 addition iii.
(3) Isis Temple
A small gang was clearing joints and pavements in Isis Temple for Wheeler's plan.
