(1) G 4813
Work continued clearing mastaba G 4813.
G 4813 C: Finished. Fragments of red granite statue (nearly life-sized) found in chamber as follows: head and right shoulder, left shoulder and part of left upper arm, three fragments of left elbow and forearm. The head is perfect except for the tip of the nose, which is missing.
G 4813 B: Also in pit B were found numerous pottery fragments and mud contents from pots.
G 4813 D: Started clearing pit D, a small mud faced pit directly north of C.

(2) East of G 4813
Partially cleared narrow street between G 4813 and G 4920, which was filled with sand and stone debris. This work shows clearly that G 4813 consists of a mud brick or mud rubble core, faced with stone blocks. The section between O I and the street east of it has a mud brick core, faced with stone. The main body of the mastaba has a core of mud brick and stone rubble. This street (between G 4813 and G 4920) continues south between outer court of the G 4810 complex and G 4920.

(3) South of G 4813 [G 4810 complex]
Continued removing sand southward from G 4813. This area turns out to be the courtyard of the G 4810 complex. The door at
