(4) G 6040
Cleared away sand north of the court of G 6040 as far as the rubble mastaba G 6034 and eastwards to northeast corner of G 6040. The floor is level and consists of a trodden surface of red geological gravel perhaps mud plastered.
(5) G 6051
Cleared all around G 6051. It is manifestly earlier than G 6020. The west wall of G 6020 has not been dressed to bottom owing to the proximity of G 6051.
G 6051 represents a curious complex of internal structures which require further study.
G 6051 A: Cleared chamber of G 6051 A. Chamber was never quite finished.
[ILLUSTRATION]
In the debris - two broken model chisels of copper and fragments of a model dish of copper.
G 6051 J: Depth 1 meter. Mixed debris, rubble lined, ends at gebel.
G 6051 K: Like J.
G 6051 L: This appears to be merely a compartment in the interior structure - not a burial pit.
(6) G 6052
[ILLUSTRATION]
Continued clearing top and rooms of G 6052. Drift sand. In a lies a mass of clean limestone rubbish on the floor. In b, the stela has been torn out. At X was a stone in relief [25-12-203]. [GLYPHS] [Kakhent]
